Helmut Gassel

Helmut Gassel is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the semiconductor and technology industries. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for Avnet and Nordic Semiconductor, and as Co-Founder & Partner at SILIAN PARTNERS SA, Gassel has held various strategic roles, including founder of Gassel Strategy & Transformation Consulting. Previously a Board Member at Infineon Technologies, Gassel has extensive experience in management at Infineon, including positions such as Chief Marketing Officer and Division President. Gassel holds a Dr.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering with a focus on semiconductors from the University of Duisburg-Essen, as well as a Diploma in Physics from Ruhr University Bochum.
