Ørjan Bye

Ørjan Bye is a seasoned IT professional with significant expertise in low-code application development, project portfolio management, and IT strategy. Currently serving as Director at Avo Consulting since October 2019, Ørjan previously held the role of Senior Manager in the same company. Prior experience includes competency lead for project portfolio management at Nasjonal IKT HF, where Ørjan managed a national forum and coordinated project portfolio managers within Norway's specialist healthcare sector. Additional roles span from consulting and project management positions at firms such as EY and Accenture to board membership with the Bergen-Hordaland Branch of Den Norske Dataforening. Ørjan holds an MSc in Decision Technologies from The University of Manchester and multiple degrees in Information Science and Programming from different institutions, alongside military training as a 1st Lieutenant from the Norwegian Royal Air Force Officer School.
