Alison Lang, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various industries, including technology, manufacturing, and education. Currently serving as Human Resources Leader at Avo Photonics since January 2023, Alison provides strategic partnership and talent scouting expertise. Previous roles include HR leadership positions at Goliath Technologies LP and KOMAN Holdings, where Alison contributed to growth and operational excellence. Notable experience includes managing HR functions for TIMET's Pennsylvania and California facilities and leading HR initiatives at DHC USA and Wegmans Food Markets.
