Mariana Nelson

Mariana Nelson is a skilled UX Designer with extensive experience in design and user experience. Currently, Mariana works at ATP as a UX Designer since March 2021 and serves as a UX Mentor at Avocademy (YC W22) since January 2023. Prior roles include UX/Interactive Designer at App Factory UWP from December 2019 to January 2021, where Mariana led design critiques and presented prototypes, and UX/Web Designer at iNET Marketing from May 2020 to September 2020. As a Freelance Graphic Designer and Lead Graphic Designer at Wisconsin SBDC at UW-Parkside from May 2019 to April 2020, Mariana crafted various design solutions. Additionally, Mariana collaborated with the Kenosha Area Business Alliance to design a WordPress website. Educationally, Mariana is pursuing a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction from Iowa State University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
