Jan-Michael Espino

Jan-Michael Espino is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in IT management and entrepreneurship. As Co-Founder and CEO at Vanguard Screening Solutions and Vanguard Workforce Mobility since 2011 and 2015 respectively, Jan-Michael has demonstrated leadership in the technology sector. Jan-Michael is also a Co-Founder and Director at Avvanz Pte Ltd since 2016. Previously, Jan-Michael served as Regional IT Manager for Asia Pacific at First Advantage from 2007 to 2011 and held various managerial roles at San Miguel Corporation from 1998 to 2007, focusing on international operations and customer support. Jan-Michael holds a Master's degree in Technology Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of the Philippines.
