Bryan Yancey

Bryan Yancey is an experienced Implementation Consultant at Awardco since March 2021, previously holding significant roles at Google Fiber from July 2014 to September 2020, including Retail Manager and Customer Service Specialist. In the role of Retail Manager, Bryan managed a sales team, designed performance management tools that significantly improved customer engagement, and implemented strategies that reduced installation wait times and corporate costs. Bryan also excelled in various customer-facing roles, including serving as a Customer Advocate & Legal Assistant at Cardinal Credit Group, a Phone Sales Agent at Here Maps, and an Insurance Agent at Primerica. Educationally, Bryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Miami and studied Spanish and Culture at Universidad de Cantabria.
