Caroline Hawkins MCIPD boasts a robust background in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of HR at AWE. Previous roles include consulting in People Management Change and Organizational Development at The Holistic People Collective, and serving as the HR Business Partner and People Change Lead at The Openwork Partnership. Caroline has also contributed as a Board Trustee for an animal welfare charity and held the position of People Business Partner for corporate services at WorldRemit.
