Derek Hau

Derek Hau possesses extensive experience in technology and digital solutions within the insurance and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Head of Solution Delivery in the Chief Technology Office at AXA Hong Kong and Macau, Derek has previously held prominent roles at Sun Life, including Head of Digital IT and Assistant Vice President of Technology Delivery. Additional positions include Senior Manager of Group and Channel Management Services at Sun Life and IT Manager at MSIG Hong Kong. Earlier in Derek's career, roles included Business Analyst at Allianz Insurance and Regional System Analyst at Generali. Derek Hau holds a Master’s degree in System Engineering and Engineering Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Computing from The University of Winnipeg.
