Gregory Klam

Gregory Klam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the Global Head of Smart Working and Change at AXA Investment Managers since July 2021, Gregory has held various roles within the AXA group, including Global Building and Facility Manager and Senior Change Manager. Gregory’s expertise encompasses cultural transformations, change management strategies, and employee engagement initiatives across multiple countries.
