Malte Lennerstedt

Malte Lennerstedt is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in product development and engineering management. Currently employed at Axis Communications since January 2013, Malte serves as a mechanical engineer and a member of the board. Prior experience includes a role as a staff engineer in mechanics at Sony Mobile Communications from September 2006 to November 2012, focusing on the development of molded plastic and metal parts for mobile devices in collaboration with various departments and Asian suppliers. Earlier in their career, Malte held positions at Semcon from February 1998 to August 2006, where responsibilities included leading union activities and completing numerous engineering missions for renowned companies like Tetra Pak and Volvo Aero. Malte holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Product Development from the Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, completed in 1998, and has a foundational education from Polhem, finishing in 1990.
