Archana Vineet

Archana Vineet is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Affluent, NRI, Cards & Payments, Retail Lending, and Bharat Banking at Axis Bank since March 2023, Archana previously held significant roles at Citi India, including Senior Human Resources Advisor and Head HR for Consumer Banking. At J.P. Morgan, Archana held the position of Vice President in Human Resources, focusing on Compensation and Benefits as well as Corporate and Investment Banking. Prior experience includes being a Human Resource Business Partner at Intel Technologies India Ltd, and a Consultant at Infosys, where Archana led graduate hire training programs and designed learning initiatives.
