Gary Flora

Gary Flora currently serves as the Chief Information Officer for Workplace Productivity at AXIS Capital, focusing on delivering high-quality, future-oriented IT services and optimizing workflows across the organization. Prior to this role, Gary held the position of Strategic Transformation Lead, overseeing a multi-year Operations Transformation Program aimed at automating and digitizing internal processes. Gary's earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President of IT at Chubb, managing a large personal lines business, and as Director of IT at Sentry Insurance, where significant projects were directed to enhance IT efficiency and effectiveness. Gary began the career as a Claim Manager at ESIS, Inc. and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from James Madison University.
