Amit Chordia

Amit Chordia is an experienced finance professional with extensive expertise in corporate banking and SME business management. Currently serving as the National Head of SME Business at Axis Finance Limited since November 2024, Amit has previously held significant roles including DGM and Head of SEG at SVC Bank from May 2021 to October 2024, and various positions at YES BANK from August 2011 to May 2021, culminating as GEVP of Medium Enterprises. Earlier in their career, Amit worked at Barclays Bank as a Relationship Manager and at ICICI Bank in a similar capacity. Amit began their professional journey at Voltas Limited as Assistant Manager of Taxation. Amit holds a Chartered Accountancy credential from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a CFA from the CFA Institute.
