Sarah Marini Lessin is an accomplished recruitment and talent management professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Talent Collective Partner at Axis Talent Partners since March 2023, Sarah has held previous leadership roles, including Director of Talent Management at TalentED Advisors and Director of National Talent Recruitment at Teach For America. Additional experience includes positions such as National Recruitment Director at Stand for Children and various recruitment-related roles at Grassroots Campaigns. Sarah co-founded Resume Chemistry, focusing on tailored career consulting, and has also contributed as a staffing consultant and independent consultant.
