Subrata Paul is a Bioinformatics Scientist at Axle Informatics since November 2021, previously serving as a Bioinformatics Analyst III at the Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research until February 2023. Subrata has conducted collaborative research on genetic and phenotypic correlations in pain conditions using UK Biobank data and has investigated the performance of dosage data in estimating heritability. As a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Colorado Boulder from January 2020 to September 2021, responsibilities included genetic risk prediction for generalized vitiligo. Earlier roles involved research and teaching as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of Colorado Denver, a Graduate Assistant at Ball State University, and a Lecturer at IUBAT. Subrata holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Colorado Denver, a Master of Science from Ball State University, and a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science from the University of Dhaka.
