Christella Ritchwood has over two decades of experience in supply chain management and planning, currently serving as the Director of Planning for Perry Ellis International since January 2007. In this role, Christella leads the Sales & Operations processes for various collections, working closely with cross-functional teams to align forecasts and achieve financial goals. Prior positions include Manager of Wholesale Planning, where Christella streamlined workflows using SAP and optimized inventory management, and Sr. Merchandise Planner, focusing on forecast reconciliation and reporting. Earlier experience at Meldisco included roles as Location Analyst and Buyers Assistant, where Christella gained expertise in sales performance analysis and vendor coordination. Christella holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Rutgers University.
