Alston Grinnell

Alston Grinnell, PMP, currently serves as Program Manager for Global Employee Recognition and Experience at Axon, beginning in August 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Program Manager for Employee Engagement and Rewards & Recognition at T-Mobile from January 2018 to August 2023, where responsibilities involved enhancing digital engagement in a hybrid workplace and aligning initiatives with company values.
