Julia Becker

Julia Becker is an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive at Axon since June 2022, recognized as the first female Enterprise Representative at the company. Prior experience includes a role as Team Lead and Enterprise Sales Development Representative, where Julia consistently exceeded sales targets, achieving a peak performance of 245% to goal and generating $22 million in pipeline. Julia was also a Senior Inside Sales Representative at NCSA College Recruiting from September 2019 to June 2022, earning MVP nominee honors for Sales Rep of the Year in 2020. Julia began their career as a Student Athlete at California State University-Sacramento, where significant achievements included winning two collegiate tournaments and setting a single-season scoring record. Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Public Relations, and Marketing from California State University-Sacramento.
