Marcelo Campos is an experienced community manager and educator with a strong background in community engagement and customer experience. Currently, as the Latin America Community Manager at Axur, Marcelo leads the first Cyber Threat Intelligence Community on WhatsApp, focusing on strategic growth and community advocacy. Prior experience includes serving as a Learning Facilitator at Community Manager School, where Marcelo guided learners in community management, and as a Community Manager at Nubank, where Marcelo led community strategies across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia. Marcelo's professional journey also includes roles in customer experience supervision and teaching English, supported by an MBA in Digital Marketing from FGV and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from UNAMA.
