Tuoyo Frank Ejueyitchie

Tuoyo Frank Ejueyitchie is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as General Counsel and Company Secretary at Axxela since February 2017, Tuoyo also holds the position of In House Legal Manager at Oando Plc, providing expertise in finance transactions and mergers and acquisitions since 2011. Prior roles include Tax Associate positions at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates and Hogan Lovells, where Tuoyo advised on the tax implications of various transactions.
