Paul Butcher

Paul Butcher is a seasoned recruitment professional with nearly a decade of expertise in the Recruitment and Executive Search sectors. As the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Axzel Search since January 2025, Paul specializes in placing senior talent within the Logistics & Supply Chain industry and has extensive experience managing teams of global recruiters across various sectors, such as Automation, Packaging, Construction, CDMO, and Water/Wastewater. Prior to Axzel, Paul held multiple roles at JBAndrews from April 2018 to January 2025, including Divisional Head and Managing Consultant for Logistics & Supply Chain in Europe and Asia. Paul's career commenced at Mackenzie Stuart as a Senior Recruitment Consultant from July 2016 to April 2018, and earlier experience includes student recruitment at Northumbria University from October 2012 to May 2015. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Northumbria University and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from France Business School.
