Nancy Boling is currently an advisor at Ayara. Nancy has over 9 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, and controllership. Nancy has a proven track record of success in scaling finance organizations to support hyper-growth companies.

Nancy Boling started their finance career at SurveyMonkey in January 2011 as the corporate controller. During their four years at SurveyMonkey, they helped scale the finance organization to support the company's growth from 90 to approximately 500 employees. Nancy was instrumental in the completion of several recapitalizations, two tender offers, three international restructurings, multiple debt refinancings, acquisitions, investments, and divestitures.

As the Associate Director of Finance at HighWire, Stanford University, Nancy was responsible for revenue accounting, international operations, and LLC to c-corp conversion. Nancy successfully completed four GAAP corporate audits during their time at HighWire.

Nancy's responsibilities have included researching, documenting and implementing all technical accounting for previous and current transactions, improving internal controls by directing the COSO/SOX framework implementation, leading teams through system implementations, and completing statutory reporting and functional currency changes for all world-wide subsidiaries.

Nancy Boling has a Bachelor of Science with High Honors in Accounting from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee. Nancy is certified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by the California Board of Accountancy, the Georgia Board of Accountancy, and the Tennessee Board of Accountancy.
