Mark Newton

Mark Newton is a seasoned project and transformation manager with extensive experience in consultancy and leadership roles. Currently serving as Project Manager at Ayer Associates Limited since November 2024, Mark previously held the position of Independent Consultant and Interim Director from December 2023 to November 2024, offering flexible consultancy assignments. From September 2022 to November 2023, Mark directed a transformation programme at Ayer Associates, focusing on NHS Trust projects on the South Coast of England.
