Sourour MANNAI is a seasoned SAP Technical Consultant with extensive experience across multiple companies, currently serving at AYMAX since September 2021. Prior engagements include roles at Streamlink, VAGANET, and WYNSYS, where responsibilities encompassed SAP S4/HANA migration, ABAP development, FIORI applications, and performance optimization. Significant projects involved technical migration from ECC6 to S4/HANA for UGAP and the development of dynamic ALV applications for YAZAKI. Sourour holds an engineering diploma in Computer Science from Ecole Supérieure Privée d'Ingénierie et de Technologies - ESPRIT and a degree in Applied Computer Science from Ecole supérieure de commerce - ESC Sfax.
