David Lacovara is an experienced Facilities Operations Manager currently overseeing operations for all five cannabis facilities in New Jersey at Ayr Wellness Inc. Previously, David worked for SELECTIVE TRANSPORTATION CORPORATION/Alliance Shippers/GOTHAM for over 26 years, serving as Assistant Director of Operations, Maintenance Mechanic, and Driver, with expertise in equipment maintenance and repair across a large warehouse. David also held positions as Foreman, Elevator Technician, and Service Technician at Accredited Home Elevator Company, specializing in the installation and maintenance of various elevator systems. David is a graduate of John F. Kennedy/East Brunswick with a vocational diploma earned in 1990.
