İlgi Reka

İlgi Reka currently serves as a Talent Development Specialist at Aytemiz, starting in February 2024. Prior to this role, İlgi Reka worked at Huawei from June 2021 to February 2024 as a Learning and Development Specialist, where responsibilities included fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaborating with senior management to develop people strategies. Previous experience includes teaching internships at Türk Telekom Social Sciences High School and Ankara Atatürk Lisesi, as well as roles at Middle East Technical University and the Alliance of European Voluntary Service Organisations. İlgi Reka holds an MBA from Galatasaray Üniversitesi, and has completed advanced and undergraduate studies in Educational Leadership and Foreign Language Education at Middle East Technical University.
