Maarten Brutin

Maarten Brutin is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HRBP at AZ Delta since November 2022. Previously, Maarten worked as an HR Partner at Damart Belgium from April 2015 to November 2022 and as the Coordinator of Recruitment for Plopsa Group from August 2006 to April 2015. Earlier career experiences include roles as the Head of the Personnel Department at Bellewaerde from 2002 to July 2006 and as a Recruiter at Creyf's Uitzendbureau from 2000 to 2002, where Maarten led an in-house project at Plopsaland De Panne. Maarten's educational background includes a Master's degree in Criminology from Ghent University and a Diploma in Social Work from Katho - Ipsoc Sociale Hogeschool. Additionally, Maarten has pursued further studies in Personnel Management and Leadership at SBM and SD Worx.
