Mia Geenens

Mia Geenens has extensive experience in oncology and dialysis nursing, currently serving as the Head Nurse at the AZ Monica Day Hospital for Oncology since December 2010. Prior to this role, Mia worked as a nurse in various capacities, including dialysis nursing at GZA and Emmaus, where Mia also held the position of Head Nurse. Earlier experience includes nursing roles at UZA and VZW Werken Glorieux. Mia's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Adult Health Nursing, a specialized degree in oncology from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool, and advanced training in nursing leadership from VSPW Kortrijk.
