Sevil Abbasova

Sevil Abbasova, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Head of Employee Engagement at Azerbaijan Airlines since October 2024. Prior to this role, Sevil held the position of Head of Culture and Employee Development at Bravo Supermarket Azerbaijan from November 2022 to October 2024. Sevil's experience in people development includes roles at Azerconnect LLC from August 2020 to November 2022, where Sevil was Head of People Development and a Senior Specialist. Sevil started a career at NORM OJSC, progressing from HR Coordinator to Human Resources Specialist from February 2012 to August 2020, and began professional experience as an HR Assistant and Administrative Assistant at Komtec Ltd from January 2011 to February 2012. Sevil holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry, obtained from 2007 to 2011.
