Pooja Arya is an experienced educator and curriculum developer currently serving as a Faculty at Azim Premji University in Bangalore since 2020. Previously, Pooja held the position of Fulbright Fellow at Brown University from July 2018 to May 2019, focusing on language learning processes and cultural diversity in collaboration with university faculty and community outreach projects. Pooja's expertise in curriculum design was demonstrated during tenure as a Curriculum Developer for Ekya Schools from December 2016 to May 2018. Earlier roles included serving as a Special Educator at Bangalore International School and engaging in research as an MPhil Scholar at Jawaharlal Nehru University. Pooja also has a background in theater, having performed with Bahroop Arts Group and Jana Natya Manch. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Delhi University, an M.Phil in Applied Linguistics, and a Master's degree in Linguistics from Jawaharlal Nehru University.
