Tom Augustijn

Tom Augustijn is a WFM Specialist at AZL since May 2022, where responsibilities include implementing the entire workforce management cycle within customer service and back office teams, assembling and training the WFM team, forecasting demand, and developing capacity plans. Prior to this role, Tom served as a WFM Forecaster/Capaciteitsmanager and WFM Planner at Nationale-Nederlanden from January 2017 to May 2022, focusing on long-term forecasting and daily management of the Customer Contact Center. Earlier experience includes working as a WFM Consultant at SPRIL, where Tom assisted organizations in enhancing workforce management, and holding various positions at KPN from June 2007 to October 2015, including WFM Trafficer/Planner and Trainer/Coach. Tom holds a degree in Entrepreneur/Manager from ROC van Twente, obtained between 2005 and 2008.
