Andra Tocaciu is a seasoned professional in training and development, currently serving as a Senior Programme Manager for Leadership Development at Aztec Group. With a solid foundation in psychology, Andra earned a Master's degree in Evaluation and Assessment from the University of Luxembourg and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Babes-Bolyai University. Prior to the current role, Andra progressed through various positions at Aztec Group, including Training and Development Manager I and II, and gained valuable experience as a Training Specialist Intern at Ferrero.
