Susan Hawke-Pfeifer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the hospitality and management sectors. Currently serving as Executive General Manager and Associate Director at Snapdragon Stadium for Aztec Shops Ltd. since December 2020, Susan has also held the position of District Manager at Compass Group from August 2019 to December 2020. Prior roles include General Manager and Assistant General Manager at Petco Park with Delaware North, Director of Events at Karl Strauss Brewing Company, and several key positions at Centerplate, including General Manager at Qualcomm Stadium. Susan began their career as a Catering Sales Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton San Diego Hotel Circle. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Hospitality & Tourism Management, a Bachelor of Science in Foods & Nutrition, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/English, all from San Diego State University.
