Danielle Asem

Danielle Asem currently serves as the People & Culture Lead at Azurite Consulting. Previously, Danielle held several prominent positions at L'Oréal, including Assistant Vice President for Talent Management and Human Resources across various departments such as Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales. Additional roles included Director of Human Resources for both SalonCentric and L'Oreal/Matrix, as well as Manager for Talent Recruitment and Human Resources. Danielle's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Binghamton University School of Management and a program at Harvard Kennedy School in 2016.
