Adam Kurosz

Adam Kurosz serves as the Regional Head of HR Services EMEA and Head of Global Reporting Hub at B. Braun Group since January 2021, leading the establishment and management of regional shared services and ensuring compliance in the delivery of HR services. Previously, Adam held several roles within the IKEA ecosystem, including Payroll and Transition Senior Specialist and various PA/PY Specialist positions, focusing on payroll administration and service delivery across different regions. Adam's educational background includes postgraduate studies in Project Management and Management Psychology from Kozminski University and Uniwersytet WSB Merito Poznań, respectively, along with a Bachelor's degree from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznań.
