David Ohayon

David Ohayon is the IT Manager at B Capital Group, where they have worked since October 2019. David is responsible for setting up the vision and path for the IT department with globally distributed teams in the US, Singapore, India, China and Indonesia, as well as for institutionalizing the IT department by implementing enterprise solutions and best practices.

Ohayon has also presented the company's IT infrastructure to Limited partners during operational due diligence, and overseen the consolidation of SaaS services and removal of service redundancy, saving the company approximately $100k per year in IT budget. In addition, they have implemented Azure AD SSO, Intune, and domain services; deployed an anti-malware solution; set up a ticketing system & MSP; and ensured email (spf, dkim, dmarc), computer (GPO), and network (VPN) security & training. David has also written and developed employees' onboarding and offboarding policies, procedures, and SLAs, managed 3rd party IT service providers, vendors, & IT contractors, and headed the IT Covid response team - overseeing the transition of all employees from various offices across the globe to a productive work from home environment.

Ohayon has also been responsible for video post-production of the 2020 virtual AGM, and for creating a WordPress Intranet.

David Ohayon has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Web Design from Aix-Marseille University, and an undergraduate degree in Economic and Sociology from Bramson ORT College.
