The Survey and Geospatial Team at BHP Engineering & Construction, L.P. is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and managing geospatial data essential for engineering and construction projects. Led by the Survey Party Chief, the team conducts precise land surveys, ensures accuracy in measurements, and utilizes advanced geospatial technologies to support project planning and execution. The Surveyor gathers and verifies field data, while the Geospatial Data Manager oversees the integration and maintenance of this data within the company's information systems, enabling informed decision-making and accurate project outcomes.
