Layla Bensiali

Layla Bensiali is an experienced professional in transformation and change management, currently serving as the Head of Transformation and Change at BLME since May 2022. Prior to this role, Layla held various leadership positions, including Head of Project Controls at Deloitte, where management of a £13m project budget was a key responsibility. Layla also served as the Acting Head of Change at Al Rayan Bank, overseeing a £5m yearly Change investment portfolio, and as PMO Lead, focusing on portfolio governance and financial management. Additional experiences include roles at Superdry, Network Rail, Deutsche Bank, Centro, and DEFRA, demonstrating a strong background in project and program management across diverse sectors. Layla holds a Joint Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology and Geography from Newman University College.
