Ahmed Ismail

Ahmed Ismail is an experienced professional in the IT and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as a Product Manager at b_labs since February 2023. Prior to this role, Ahmed held the position of Network & Telecom Manager at B.TECH from May 2018, leading IT Service Management processes and managing IT budgets. Ahmed's career includes significant contributions as Technology Services Manager at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) and NOC Section Head at BiscoMisr, alongside earlier roles in technical support and education. Ahmed holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Science from the Higher Technological Institute.
