Lourdes Oshiro Igarashi

Lourdes Oshiro Igarashi currently serves as the Technology Support Manager at B3, focusing on supporting infrastructure and development teams in updating technical monitoring records, backup plans, and system testing, while also managing technical control parameters to ensure data integrity. Additionally, Lourdes is a participant in the Cargill Global Scholars Program, designed to foster leadership skills among undergraduate students through financial support and networking opportunities. Earlier experience includes roles at PET Sistemas - UFMS as a scholarship student, a research and development position at IsoTalent with an emphasis on requirements engineering, and software development at the SESI Innovation Center in Health and Safety Management Systems. Lourdes is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering at the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul, expected to graduate in December 2025.
