Baylee Dacosta

Baylee DaCosta currently serves as the Area Coordinator for Housing Operations at Babson College, a position held since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Resident Director at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, Assistant Special Education Teacher at the Public Schools of Brookline, and various positions at Bayley's Camping Resort and Brockton Public Schools. Baylee's earlier experience includes time as a Resident Assistant and a Student Involvement Manager at Bridgewater State University, where two bachelor's degrees were obtained: one in Special Education with a concentration in Severe Disabilities and another in Psychology. Currently, Baylee is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Business Analytics at Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, expected to graduate in May 2024.
