Melissa Lightbody

Melissa Lightbody, PHR, currently serves as Executive VP of People at Babylist, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Melissa was the Chief People Officer at Synack, Inc. from September 2020 to November 2023, where the focus was on revolutionizing cybersecurity through human and artificial intelligence. Earlier experience includes positions as Executive VP of People at Sonder Inc., responsible for innovating within the hospitality sector, and various leadership roles at Vituity, Machine Zone, Inc., Trulia, and Flextronics, which encompassed HR management, business operations, and talent transformation. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree in Public Relations from The University of Texas at Austin.
