Boris Alergant

Boris Alergant, CFA, currently serves as the Head of Institutional Partnerships at Babylon Labs since December 2024. Boris co-founded Coder Staffing Inc. in August 2017 and previously held various roles at Ripple, including Executive Director, where Boris successfully launched the RLUSD stablecoin and managed liquidity for XRP. Boris’s career includes key positions at MUFG, J.P. Morgan, and ABN AMRO Bank N.V., where Boris gained extensive experience in corporate and investment banking, particularly in power and utilities. Boris is an alumnus of The Wharton School with an MBA, as well as Fordham University, where a BS in Finance was obtained, and The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, where a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs was achieved.
