Iryna Shulha serves as the Global Rewards Manager at Backbase since September 2022, bringing extensive experience in Total Rewards and HR operations across diverse industries. Previously, Iryna held the role of Reward Partner - EMEA at Dyson, overseeing Total Rewards in 20 EMEA countries, and at Irdeto, where responsibilities included research and analysis for Total Reward projects. At Bayer, Iryna excelled as Head of HR Operation and Compensation and Benefits Expert, developing competitive compensation strategies and managing HR operations. Earlier experiences include positions at Ukrsibbank BNP Paribas Group and Shell Retail Ukraine, focusing on personnel planning, budgeting, and HR administration. Iryna holds a master's degree in economic cybernetics from the Ukrainian Academy Of Banking Of The National Bank Of Ukraine.
