Pradeep Peddi

Pradeep Peddi is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a proven track record across various organizations in the APAC region. Currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at Backbase, Pradeep has held multiple key roles, including Recruitment Leader for APAC and India. Previous experience includes positions at Invesco Ltd., where Pradeep was Head of Talent Acquisition and held other management roles, alongside a tenure at HighRadius as a Senior Recruiter. Pradeep's career began with Mobitec Consultant (I) Pvt. Ltd. as Assistant Manager/Delivery Lead in Recruitment. Pradeep earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Andhra University between 1999 and 2002.
