Cole Erb

Cole Erb has extensive experience in the outdoor retail industry, currently serving as a Buyer for Camp Hardgoods at Backcountry since July 2020, where responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, solving operational inefficiencies, and supporting the merchandising team. Previous positions at Backcountry included Associate Buyer and Merchandise Data Coordinator, focusing on product data management and vendor onboarding. Cole also contributed as an Ambassador for the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS), where personal experiences were shared with the community, and as a Marketing Intern for Funny Feelings LLC, developing social media strategies. Early career experience includes a Customer Service Specialist role at REI, enhancing customer service skills. Cole holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Western Washington University, complemented by Wilderness Leadership Education from NOLS and an Associate of Arts degree from Spokane Falls Community College.
