Paolo Hidalgo Arevalo

Paolo Hidalgo Arevalo is an experienced warehouse professional with a strong background in operations and supply chain management. Currently serving as a Warehouse Assistant at Backus since August 2014, responsibilities include supervising T1 and T2 operations, ensuring compliance with storage practices, and monitoring service times and product freshness. Previously, Paolo founded Docklands Store from November 2019 to February 2021, focusing on the sale of imported products via social media and managing various aspects of the business. Prior experience includes a role as Warehouse Supervisor at HAUG S.A. from January 2012 to August 2014, overseeing warehouse operations and inventory control. Paolo holds a Master's in Supply Chain Management from Universidad ESAN and an Industrial Engineering degree from the National University of Engineering.
