Hayley Sirmon

Hayley Sirmon currently serves as the Director of Consumer Services at Backyard Discovery, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Hayley was the Director of Customer Experience for the Central Region at Liberty from March 2015 to September 2024. Hayley’s experience also includes positions at The Empire District Electric Company, where roles ranged from Customer Service Representative in both Credit and Collections and the Contact Center, to Senior Manager of Customer Care. Hayley Sirmon holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Missouri State University and two undergraduate degrees—a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Bachelor of Arts in History—from Missouri Southern State University.
