Merel Fennema

Merel Fennema is a seasoned professional currently participating in the International Future Leaders Programme at The Adecco Group, representing The Netherlands since February 2023. Previously, Merel served as a Senior Consultant at Badenoch + Clark, specializing in professional recruitment and executive search since May 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Consultant at Strategy&, the strategy consulting division of PwC, from August 2019 to May 2021, where responsibilities included campus brand representation and stakeholder management. Additionally, Merel worked at Loyens & Loeff from September 2018 to June 2019. Education culminated at Hotelschool The Hague, completed in 2019.
