Arjun Sathe

Arjun Sathe is currently the Head of Sales at Badge, having assumed this role in September 2024. Prior to this position, Arjun held various sales leadership roles at Splash from August 2016 to September 2024, including Director of Sales, Sales Manager for Key Accounts, and Sales Manager for Enterprise. Earlier experience includes a Business Development Representative role at Oracle from June 2015 to August 2016, and multiple internships in marketing and product management at companies such as Lytro Inc., Skyfire, Persistent Systems, and RiseSmart.com. Arjun's education was completed at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2011 to 2015, following a high school education at Lynbrook High School from 2007 to 2011.
